The products are imported via Excel or JSON document (if available also via Google product data feed). During set-up, we make sure that the available product information is displayed optimally and that the search and filter functions are easy to use for your salespeople. If you are already synchronising products via an automated interface between systems in your company, we can integrate this data as well (also automated).

Commerce-Chat can be operated independently of any e-commerce solutions already in use. In doing so, we ensure a link from the video chat to the online shop in question. This link can be made to the product detail page. Or – if the online shop used allows automatic filling of the shopping cart – we can transfer customers directly to the checkout.

If you do not have an online shop, you can use our integration module with snipcart.com. This enables online sales from the video chat.

With a little HTML code, the video chat can be integrated into any website. During the set-up phase we help you integrate the video chat and make sure that the relevant video chat button fits into the look and feel of your website.

Once you log in to Commerce-Chat and open a chat room, the chat button on your website is activated and customers can start a video chat with you.

Yes. We are able to import products automatically. For this purpose we need your product data, which can be retrieved in our infrastructure or on your server, in a defined interval.

Yes. We have a function that enables you to invite customers into a chat via email.

Yes. You can see which products have been released for viewing. These can be removed from the Customer View with a single click.

During a sales conversation, the chat shows you which products have been clicked on by your customers.

In this case you can decide whether the chat button disappears completely from your website or the customer can sign up for a later meeting.

If you use our integration module with snipcart.com, there is a 2% transaction fee per transaction and the relevant payment costs. For sales below CHF 500 per month, the 2% is replaced by a monthly fee of CHF 10.

We recommend using Commerce-Chat with a notebook or tablet (iPad, Surface).

Yes. If you run Commerce-Chat on a tablet, you can take the customer into your sales area with the appropriate carrying unit.

No. An online shop is not needed to run Commerce-Chat. All we need is your product information and we can integrate it into your Commerce-Chat with our integration module via snipcart.com.
